Who’s it for? For children three years old and up and their favorite grownups.
What will you do? You and your child will share simple yoga poses, books, and songs in a fun, interactive program.
What will we learn? Learn how yoga and movement can help you and your child practice early literacy skills and learn social-emotional skills.
