Mami y yo is a bi-lingual program with the mission to help create better first teachers out of our parents. We meet twice a week for an hour and a half to be together, learn, read, dance, color, and many more activities that bring the community into our classroom. Our students leave being more prepared to enter school by teaching our parents and students how to love to learn. Through our different activities, our purpose is to help our parents have support and help be the support for their child’s learning.
