Join Cheyenne Wright on the mat and Kathy Timmons as we bring stories to life using your mind, body, and breath.

Who’s it for? For children three years old and up and their favorite grownups.
What will you do? You and your child will share simple yoga poses, books, and songs in a fun, interactive program.
What will we learn? Learn how yoga and movement can help you and your child practice early literacy skills and learn social-emotional skills.

Please bring a towel or yoga mat.
